To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid in advance.

The balance must be paid on arrival before beginning your stay.
No reimbursements will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Failure to arrive on the scheduled day without notice results in a waiver and loss of the
deposit.

Guests are responsible for damage caused to apartments.

Apartments may not be sublet or transferred to third parties.

A number of people greater than the number of bed spaces in an apartment is not permitted.

Animals are allowed only upon request.

Single room with three bed spaces:
consists of living room with stove top, double bed, one sofa bed or bunk bed, outside patio; 

Single room with four bed spaces:
consists of spacious living room with stove top, double bed, two rollaway beds or bunk bed, terrace;  

Single room plus with four bed spaces:
consists of a master bedroom, kitchen/living room with a bunk bed, patio;

Two room with 5/4+2 bed spaces:
consists of spacious living room, transformable into bedroom, with stove top, sofa bed, two rollaway beds or two bunk beds in the entry room;

Two room with 6+1 bed spaces:
consists of spacious living room, transformable into bedroom, with stove top, double sofa bed, plustwo rollaway beds, room with double bed and single bed, terrace;

Two room plus with 6+1 bed spaces:
consists of spacious living, transformable into bedroom, with stove top, double sofa bed, room with double bed, separate kitchen or room with bunk beds, plus two rollaway beds in the living room or bedroom, spacious terrace.
